Inquiries and compatibility requests
Where a contact form is enabled, we use the information you submit to assess your inquiry and respond. This can include your name, email, company, product interest and message. While email delivery is not configured, the website does not accept email submissions and offers a direct email link instead. An inquiry or verified email is not consent to marketing. Please do not send camera passwords, private keys or unrelated personal information.
Full-version licence requests
For a full-version licence enquiry, we process the selected application and platform, quantity, email address and any contact name, company, camera model, serial number or deployment and invoice information you choose to include. These details help us check compatibility, prepare an offer and arrange fulfilment. Submitting the form requests a response from our team; it does not process a payment. When the website form is unavailable, the email link prepares these details in your own email application for you to review and send. Please do not include payment-card details or camera passwords.
Application download requests
When you request an installer, we process your email address, selected application and camera details to select a package or arrange a compatibility review. Email confirmation controls access to a published installer, guide and release notes. Download access is separate from licence issuance. Our team receives a request notification so it can respond. Please do not include camera passwords or private footage.
Email verification and camera trials
Automatic trial licences are not available yet. When trials become available for a supported application, email verification confirms control of the inbox; the camera serial number binds the licence to the intended device. The selected chip, camera model and firmware help identify the compatible build. Product, platform, request status and issuance history support delivery, support and prevention of repeat trial issuance. These details are shared with the licence service only as needed for that request.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary cookies support secure forms, email verification, download access and staff sign-in. They are used to provide these features. A separate consent cookie remembers your cookie choices. You can change your choices at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent enquiries, trial requests or download access.
Optional Google Analytics
When configured, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and successful enquiry, trial and download-access requests only after you accept analytics cookies. The Google measurement script is blocked until that consent is granted. No advertising tags are enabled. Analytics excludes customer details, form contents, verification links and protected download-access or staff pages. Page URLs sent to analytics omit query parameters and fragments. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes this website’s analytics cookies.
Analytics cookies, when enabled, use the peoly_ga prefix and a maximum configured lifetime of six months without extending their expiry on each visit. Consent choices are also remembered for up to six months. Google processes analytics information under its own terms; see Google’s privacy policy.
Consent service and technical records
Cookiebot manages cookie consent when its account is configured. Until analytics and consent accounts are connected, Google measurement remains disabled and the website uses its own necessary consent-preference cookie. Necessary form sessions expire after two hours, package access sessions after two hours, and staff sessions after eight hours. Package email links expire after 48 hours; trial email links normally expire after 30 minutes. The server records technical information for operation and security. Website images and fonts are served locally. External services have their own privacy policies.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is used for the requested business conversation. Verification tokens and session records are temporary. Licence and trial eligibility history is retained for duplicate prevention and support independently of whether the licence remains active. No automatic purge schedule is promised by this notice. Ask us what information is held for your request and for its deletion; we will explain any record that must be retained.
