peoly acquires innovative Czech AI company in a strategic merger

GoodAI Solutions was incubated by a Prague-based general AI research company GoodAI. Two years ago, GoodAI Solutions became independent from GoodAI in order to focus on applying AI technology in businesses, while GoodAI sharpened its focus on its core mission – fundamental research of general artificial intelligence.

The merger brings peoly’s networks, investment, and experience together with GoodAI Solutions’ innovative technologies to offer clients enhanced benefits of an extended reach and new service offerings..

With this merger, we aim to become one of the key providers of AI solutions within central Europe. From now on, GoodAI Solutions will be called peoly solutions. The teams of both companies are merging to create a greater structure with expanded delivery capabilities.
